(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition to seek a direction to official respondents to ensure that unauthorized commercial activity including workshop etc. may not be allowed to operate in residential locality known as Deep Nagar, Khanna.
Pursuant to order dated September 19, 2017, Mr. Ravneet Singh Eexecutive Officer, Municipal Council, Khanna, is present in court. A report dated 20.11.2017 has been filed in court today, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'.
Learned counsel for Municipal Council-respondent No.4 apprised the court that functioning of the workshop has been stopped. It is further submitted that respondent No.4 shall ensure that no other Sukhpreet Kaur 2017.12.08 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

commercial activity takes place in the residential society in future as well. Mr. Rangi, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.7, undertakes that said respondent shall use the premises only for residential purpose.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is disposed of in terms of statements made before this court.
