Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent/Registrar, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwa Vidyalya, Khanpur Kalan, District Sonepat, claiming the relief as has been claimed in this petition, with a direction to decide the same within a specified period.

Mr. A.S. Virk, Advocate, appearing on advance notice on behalf of the University, submits that in case any such representation is made by the petitioner within three weeks, the same will be duly considered and decided by the University Registrar, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from receiving such representation. 3.

Prayer is granted, and the petition is disposed of in view of the statement made.
