The petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 28.05.2019 (Annexure P-10), whereby the petitioners were ordered to be repatriated. The petitioner further seeks the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners from PARUL VERMA 2026.05.01 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
