(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition to quash the action of the respondents by which he has been retired on 31.03.2015 inspite of the fact that the he has withdrawn the request of voluntary retirement on 21.03.2015. During the pendency of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner get instructions that on account of ill-health of the petitioner he does not want to pursue the present petition since he retired on 31.03.2015 and wishes to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is not well, the respondent shall release the retiral benefits to the petitioner, within a period of three months, in accordance with law and a compliance report be sent to this Court thereafter.
