Mr. G.S. Bajwa, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.4 dated 13.01.2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar Rural.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the order dated 07.03.2018, have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh, assisted with counsel for the complainant, has not disputed the factual position. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer on 15.03.2018 and joined the investigation. It is also submitted that the petitioners are no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 07.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
