Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to supply a copy of the reply to the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of the day.
Referring to the order dated 21.1.2015 (Annexure R-3), learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the impugned charge sheet issued against the petitioner has been dropped, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

Civil Writ Petition No. 11490 of 2014 In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, instant writ petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
