The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in criminal complaint case No.COMA 8/2017 dated 12.07.2017 titled as "Deputy Director, Enforcement Directorate vs Jagjit Singh Chahal and others". Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the outset that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as the petitioner wishes to surrender before the learned Special Court.

Ordered accordingly.
