(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition, inter alia, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant benefit of seniority, pay fixation and consequential benefits on notional basis to the petitioner from the date when other category candidates in same batch were selected. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that she would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 20.11.2020 (Annexure P-5) is decided by respondent No.3 in a time bound manner. Without commenting on merits of the case, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 20.11.
