Petitioner Sube Singh, aged 54 years, son of Shri Munshi Ram, resident of V.P.O Karamgarh Tehsil Narwana, District Jind, presently working as Mandi Supervisor-cum-Fee Collector with Haryana Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula is aggrieved by order dated 17.2.2021 (Aannexure P-5) passed by Secretary, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula-respondent No. 2 vide which his pay has been reduced substantially as a a result of review/re-fixation allegedly without affording an opportunity of hearing to him. According to the petitioner, he got served a legal notice upon the respondents dated 5.3.2021 (Annexure P6) but that has not evoked any response, therefore, he has got the present petition.

CWP No. 15943 of 2021 Advocate General, Haryana accepted notice for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the notice (Annexure P6) got served by the petitioner upon them and then to take necessary action in the matter. Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of respondents states that respondents would comply with any such direction issued by the Court.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to look into notice (Annexure P6) and in case it is found that some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law, rules and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the respondents in their office. A detailed speaking order be passed in that regard. It is clarified that in case the petitioners still feels dissatisfied after passing of the order on his legal notice mentioned above then he may approach the Court again for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
