This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Couts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience of order dated 27.03.2025 passed in CWP-8433-2025, directing the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of one month. 2.

Ms. Kavita Arora, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed her power of attorney, which is taken on record. She has stated that a speaking order has been passed on 16.05.2025, copy whereof has been handed over to the petitioner. 3.

Faced with the same, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
