ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State submits that by passing a speaking order, the claim of the petitioner has been accepted and the petitioner has been promoted.
However, counsel for the petitioner submits that some notional benefits have not been granted to the petitioner, for which he may be granted liberty to avail the alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
