The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR No.136 dated 10.07.2019 registered under Section 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 at Police Station Sector 6, Dharuhera, District Rewari and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of on account of the fact that petitioner has since expired on 03.05.2021. Death certificate has been produced in the Court, which is taken on record.
