RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 9 for illegally confining, torturing and outraging the modesty of petitioners.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 22.05.2021, Annexure P-4, is decided expeditiously.
