(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 19.05.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Narnaul to Dabwali without considering the fact that wife of petitioner is suffering from various chronic ailments as indicated in Annexure P-1.

The petitioner is the only male member in the family to look after his ailing wife and he has been transferred to a place which is about 250 kms from his home. The petitioner has already approached the concerned official respondents by filing a detailed representation on 21.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) but the same has yielded no result. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if the direction is issued to the official respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 21.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner within a specific time period. Without going into the merits of the case and without commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 21.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
