(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner argues that the claim of the petitioner for the grant of reimbursement though initially was rejected, but subsequently the same has been allowed partially. Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 states that whatever the petitioner was entitled for under the policy, have already been given to him.
Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the policy, if need so arises.
