**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 99 dated 1.12.2017, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC with enhanced offences under Section 376 IPC and Section 5, 6 and 11 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Joga, District Mansa. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 8.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
