Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Daljit Singh submits that the petitioner having joined investigation, presently his custodial interrogation is not required.

That being so, the order dated 03.06.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. He shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
