(Oral) The girl Jyoti has been produced under the escort of Lady Constable Nisha. The girl has made statement that she is major and she has done her graduation and has voluntarily on her own got married to petitioner-Nikesh Kumar on 3.6.2016 and wants to live with her.

As she has shown inclination to accompany petitioner Nikesh Kumar who is claiming to be her husband, in the light of the same and the fact that the petitioner has also shown his inclination to take Jyoti along with him, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the private respondents to ensure that they do not unduly interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and Jyoti and do not take law into their hands. Criminal Writ Petition No. 914 of 2016 -2The official respondents are also directed that if any instance regarding threat to life and liberty of the petitioner and Jyoti is brought to their notice, they shall take necessary action immediately, as per law. The girl is allowed to accompany the petitioner from the Court who will be responsible for her upkeepment.
