Today, counsel appearing for the appellant submits that despite making best efforts, no one has contacted the office of the arguing counsel for giving details and the required documents, to do the needful. Therefore, counsel expresses her inability to assist the Court in the present appeal. 3.

Considering the submissions made by counsel for the appellant, present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it would be open for the legal representatives of the appellant, if they wish to pursue with the appeal, they can move an application within two months from today for revival of present appeal.
