(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for grant of three weeks parole to the petitioner under Section 3(1)(d) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988 in case FIR No.481 dated 29.08.2016 registered under Section 379-A IPC at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate dated 08.09.2022 in respect of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record. According to the certificate, petitioner has been released on expiry of sentence on 02.11.2021.

In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
