(Oral) All the cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Pursuant to the order of this court dated 16.10.2020, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, is again present in court (via video conference) and has submitted that as regards the allegations made in the present FIR, the petitioners are not found to be involved at all, with the allegations against the present petitioners in fact coming in the statement recorded under the provisions of Section 161 of the Cr.P.C of one Chhinder Pal Kaur, who alleged that the petitioners had duped her of some money on the allurement of recruiting her son in the Railway Protection Force. He submits that that matter is being inquired into and if the allegations are found to be prima facie correct, naturally a separate FIR would be recorded for that purpose.
