The petitioner has filed the instant revision petition against the judgment dated 05.09.2017 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, in the Ist appeal filed by the petitioner, affirming the judgment and order of sentence dated 07.01.2016 of the learned trial Court, Abohar, convicting and sentencing him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.09.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has deposited 15% of the cheque amount i.e. ` 52,500/- in the Court today, vide receipt No. 1688. Photocopy of the same is retained on record.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that he has no objection in acceptance of the instant revision petition. 4.
In view of compromise dated 15.09.2017 (Annexure P-1), the impugned judgments dated 05.09.2017, of the learned Additional Sessions Rishu Kataria 2017.10.09 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Judge, Fazilka and 07.01.2016 of the learned trial Court, Abohar, convicting
CRR-3522-2017 (O&M) -2the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 years and to pay a fine of ` 5000/- and in default of payment of fine to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months, are hereby set aside. Consequently, the complaint filed by the complainant/respondent No. 1Ravinderpal Singh, is dismissed 5.
