(Oral) The petitioners have challenged the vires of Rule 67-A of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993 without placing on record even the notification whereby the abovementioned rule was inserted. 1993 Rules are also not on record. The paper book is thus, conspicuously silent as to under which law the power has been drawn by the State Government.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of desired particulars though with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
