In the light of the prevailing sensitive situation, the Lawyers are abstaining from work today i.e. 09.05.2025.

In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that he has not been allotted appropriate time slot by the respondents to operate upon the allotted composite stage carriage permit No. 56/REG/RTA/SC/FDK/22 route from Faridkot to Pathankot via Jeera, Amritsar, Gurdaspur vide permit dated 03.06.2022 (Anneuxre P-1), hence, the respondents be directed to grant the petitioner appropriate time slot to operate upon the said carriage permit. 3.

From the pleadings it transpires that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representations dated 22.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) and 28.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) but the same are still pending consideration with the respondent No. 3 and the petitioner's grievance will be resolved, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No. 3 to RIYA 2025.05.12 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-13227-2025 (O&M) -2decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Respondent No. 3 is directed that in case, the said representations dated 22.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) and 28.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) have been received in office concerned and the same are still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to him, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order the said reasons will also be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 5.

Present petition is disposed of in view of the above terms. 6.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
