Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 and for further issuance of directions to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioners in connection with FIR No. 16 dated 26.02.2018, registered under Sections 302 & 34 IPC at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that main accused of this case has already been arrested and there is nothing against the present petitioners, but still they are being harassed at the hands of respondent No.3 and are also being called to the police station repeatedly. Learned counsel further contended that the petitioners have already made representation (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, but no action has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
