(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would be raising all the pleas, as may be permissible to him under law, before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. Mr. Sandeep Singh Deol, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has appeared in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the withdrawal of this petition. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
