That the deponent seeks the kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to file the compliance report by way of an affidavit at this stage, with the liberty to file a detailed reply if the need be or as directed by this Hon'ble Court. It is pertinent to mention here that in order to comply with the order dated 21.01.2025 of this Hon'ble Court that the petitioners have been covered under The Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Act-2024. Therefore, the claim of the petitioners has been considered. 2.
