******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move application or make submission before the trial Court, if any problem regarding conduct of the witness to be examined through video conferencing arises. A counsel can always point out to the trial Court about his apprehension or grievance regarding the conduct of the witness and as such, liberty is always available to him while cross-examining the witness and it is not required to be specifically allowed.
This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
