CWP No.16158 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
