(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to take action on complaints dated 6.2.2021 and 12.7.2021 and to restore peace and sanctity in Kali Mata Mandir, Himshikha Colony, Pinjore.

It is averred in the petition that respondent No.4 has been a pujari in the temple since the last about 20 years and that now he has got his son married and settled in the temple premises. It is further alleged that respondent No.4 has organized various functions with the help of other respondents to collect donations by violating the instructions and protocol MOHAN SINGH 2021.08.20 20:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CRM-M-34160-2021 (O&M) issued in view of Covid-19 pandemic. It is further alleged that there is drug abuse also in the premises of temple.

This Court finds that the issue mainly pertains to the management and administration of the temple and find that it is not a case for invoking any extra ordinary powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. However, since the petitioner has already submitted some representations to the Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula i.e. representation dated 6.2.2021 (Annexure P-4) and dated 12.7.2021 (Annexure P-7), it is directed that in case the aforesaid representations have not been examined till date, the same be got examined and be disposed of in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
