******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for U.T. Chandigarh submits that prosecution has already examined 7 out of 11 witnesses and the case is now fixed for 06.06.2018. The prosecution will conclude its evidence very shortly.

In view of submission of learned counsel for U.T. Chandigarh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with submission that trial Court may be directed to expedite trial of the case. Dismissed as withdrawn.
