AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) One of the prime reasons seeking quashing of the impugned orders is that writ petition involved disputed question of fact and law. The statement and documentary evidence during the disciplinary proceedings have not been appreciated in correct perspective. In view of aforementioned fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file civil suit.
