Vide which the present revision petition, the complainant has challenged the dismissal of his application under Section 319 Cr.P.C regarding those persons, who were not arraigned as accused by the police in the investigation. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that there is nothing to interfere at the belated stage and even otherwise the order is legal and justified. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
