The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of the abovementioned FIR.

It has been informed by learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, that as on date 16 PWs out of the cited 17 PWs already stand examined and that the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for 18.12.2023 for examining the remaining PW.
