M. JEYAPAUL, J. (Oral) The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the petition submitted under Section 3(1)(d) of the Punjab Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Amendment Act, 2015, seeking parole to meet his family at Karnal.
At our asking, Mr. Arshvinder Singh, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, took notice for the respondents. The petitioner has produced Annexure P-1, a reminder to the authorities to dispose of the petition seeking parole. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the application submitted by him seeking parole was not disposed of by the Authorities concerned.
