Present petition has been filed under Secton15 (5) of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 (for short 'the Act') against the impugned orders passed by the Courts below, whereby petitioner has been evicted from the shop in question. At the outset, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the execution proceedings, vacant and peaceful possession of the shop in dispute has been handed over to landlord/ respondent.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
