(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.152 dated 02.09.2019, registered under Sections 307, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 323, 324, 326, 34 IPC (added later on), at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 24.08.2021, passed by this Court, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
