In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in this petition before the trial Court and also in the petition bearing CRM No. M-32852 of 2018 filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR.
