*** Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Advocate representing respondents No. 4 to 6 has stated that the policy decision has been taken by the State Branch of Red Cross Society and that further decisions would be taken up by the concerned District branches of the Red Cross Society in State of Haryana, after serving show cause notices upon the affected employees getting their response, affording them opportunity of presenting his view point including opportunity of personal hearing, if they want and then passing detailed speaking order and that copy of such order would be served upon the concerned employee against receipt, till then no deduction/recovery would be effected from the salary of the petitioner.
