RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the official respondents for taking legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 and registered an FIR. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representations, dated 10.05.2015 and 23.07.2021, Annexures P-1 and P-4, respectively, are decided expeditiously.
