Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 of Cr.P.C.), for seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary action against private respondents, by deciding representation dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2. Besides, prayer has also been made for conducting a fair, impartial and unbiased investigation, in accordance with law. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
