The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India wherein a direction has been sought to the official respondents to decide the application/representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) for regularization of their unauthorized land. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter is now pending before respondent No.2 - Director, Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana, on advance notice, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4/State and has apprised the Court that the petitioner has also preferred CWP-695-2022 challenging the eviction order passed by the authorities. He further submits that since the petitioner has filed an application for regularization of the unauthorized land YOGESH SHARMA 2026.05.07 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-13651-2026 (O&M) in his possession, the said petition would then be rendered infructuous in view of the clear admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner - Subhash son of Lahna Singh - who is present in Court and is identified by his Aadhaar Card and by the counsel, states that he would be withdrawing CWP-695-2022.

In view of the limited prayer made, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Director, Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana - to decide the application/representation dated 30.10.2025 (Annexure P-3), which has been forwarded to respondent No.2, in accordance with law and within a period of two months from today. Till such time as the application/representation is decided, no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioner.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
