The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.913 dated 12.09.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325 and 506 IPC at Police Station Thanesar City, Kurukshetra. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
