(ORAL) The petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.129 dated 10.07.2021 registered at Police Station Dinanagar, Tehsil Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 406, 506 read with Section 34 IPC. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Lekh Raj from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 19.08.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature and moreover, they have also deposited the amount of Rs.3.75 lac in the account of Gurudwara Yaadgar Shere Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Learned counsel for the complainant also admits the factum of the deposit of the above-said amount by the petitioners. In view of the afore-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Bhagwan Singh Bajwa, Anoop Singh, Ranjit Singh Randhawa and Jagir Singh by this Court vide the said order dated 19.08.2021, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 14.02.2022.
