This is a petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 09.02.2024 passed in CWP-2758-2024. 2.

Today the case has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for the State would contend that in the present case only the payment qua 9% interest was remaining, which has since been paid vide letter dated 29.10.2025.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 5.
