**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of directions to the respondents for transfer of the investigation of FIR No. 0029 dated 21.1.2018 under Sections 354-B, 452, 34 IPC, Police Station Charkhi Dadri to Special Investigation Team.

State has filed the reply according to which cancellation report was prepared and proceedings have been initiated under Section 182 IPC against the petitioner.

The State counsel informs that charge has been framed against the petitioner and the case is fixed for 20.10.2018 for prosecution evidence. In view of this no directions are required to be given. The petition is disposed of.
