(Oral) The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing order dated 18.01.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.1; along with certain other prayers.
It is not even in dispute that the respondent-workman has been taken back in service as Office Boy by the petitioners-employer. The respondent-workman is fully satisfied, so far as the employment aspect, is concerned. Parties have also agreed to the fact that the respondent-workman would approach the competent authority under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 and seek the necessary relief of compensation; in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous. Disposed of as such.

CWP No.10010 of 2016 -2However, the respondent-workman will be at liberty to approach the competent authority under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 and to seek appropriate amount of compensation, in accordance with law. If any such application is moved by the respondent-workman before the said authority, then the same shall be decided independently, on merits, without being prejudiced by any observations made in the order passed by respondent No.1-Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Haryana.
