Statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and the case is now fixed for 01.08.2018 for arguments. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with prayer that trial Court may be directed to expedite disposal of the trial. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest.
