AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) In pursuance to the order dated 28.02.2017, Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate has brought a cheque of `7,38,449/- dated 06.03.2017 drawn in favour of the petitioner towards outstanding due of the lease amount as full and final settlement against the receipt of indemnity bond given by the petitioner with regard to the claim being set up by LRs of Narinder Singh and Narinder Kaur.

Since grievance of the petitioner stands vindicated, I am of the view that the petitioner would be bound by indemnity bond. Resultantly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
