***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.213 dated 18.09.2013 under Sections 420 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda.

Allegations against the petitioner is that he duped the complainant of Rs.30,000/-. He is in custody since 29.09.2017. Learned State counsel has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 12.10.2016 and is involved in several cases of similar nature. Heard.
